With well-trained and non-unionized security personnel we provide physical security protection both in the form of security guards and also related services in the form of fire squads, dog squads and bodyguards. These services are offered across varied sectors which include automobile, banking and financial services, manufacturing, cement, chemical and industrial gases, construction, educational institutions, engineering, FMCG, food and beverages, healthcare, hospitality, real estate and townships, insurance, IT/ ITeS, media, paper, retail and entertainment, sugar and telecom, airports, utilities, metals and mining, and other heavy industries. Guards are either sourced from the Group’s own training academies or through lateral hiring, which tend to be ex-servicemen or experienced security personnel, who in turn also undergo further mandatory training at ASF Training Centre. In several cases, guards are provided accommodation (in the form of barracks) by ASF post deployment, in close proximity to the client’s location. This results in higher quality of service provided to the client in the form of rostering flexibility, immediate availability of guards in case of emergencies, reduced absenteeism, better retention and an ability to engage more closely with the guard.

Our permanent recruitment business serves our clients well, particularly because most of our clients have temporary as well as permanent staffing requirements and we can now cater to both of these needs.
